The Mexico Investor Relations Manager is critical to New Story’s housing model to serve 1M people at the base of the pyramid with affordable, quality housing by acquiring local Mexican debt/impact investment. The local Mexico investment you acquire will be blended with New Story US philanthropic capital to result in affordable housing products for families. In this role, you’ll design the New Story Mexico investment strategy with New Story’s senior leaders. Additionally, you’ll build deep relationships with investors to bring them into the New Story investment portfolio.   • 8+ years of relevant professional experience including 5+ years in asset management, investor relations or business/product development experience.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of impact investment products
  • A successful track record in setting priorities; keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication
  • Flexible and a self-starter
  • Professional Spanish and English fluency



  • Design New Story’s Mexico investor strategy (along side New Story’s senior leaders and finance team)
  • Provide a great experience for investors such that they would recommend New Story to others
  • Secure 10M+ MXN of private debt in 2021
  • Secure 20M+ MXN of private debt in 2022
  • Develop and build out New Story’s Mexico investor relations team
  • Build and manage New Story’s Mexico investor relations portfolio
  • Provide a great experience for investors such that they would recommend New Story to others
