Product Designer

Atlanta | Application Deadline: Open

Do your most impactful work here.

Our software team is a small and mighty group of eight. We’re excited to bring on a bilingual (English/Español) Product Designer (also known as UI design) to our team to design delightful and thoughtful products.

Our mission is to pioneer solutions to address global homelessness and we believe technology is a force multiplier for impact. That’s why we’re designing and building software for the entire sector to use. Learn more about our first product, an offline data collection tool here.

In addition to design, you’ll talk to our software customers and partners to understand pain points, research new features and products, and strategize with our engineers to build the most impactful and delightful product.

This is a unique and rare opportunity. You’ll be working on products that are directly impactful to thousands of families and the organizations that serve them. You will help drive new decisions, features, and products. And you’ll have the support and autonomy to achieve mastery in your craft.

PS. If you’ve read this far, you should know we prioritize great people over what school you went to or if this is your second job or second career. If you think you’re the right fit to help us achieve our mission, speak up, apply, and tell us why. Extra effort and personal touches will be looked upon favorably. Show us how much you want this job, and not just any job.

  • Team Summits. Every 6 months we have a full team summit where we have fun, reflect, and plan for the upcoming quarter. Past trips have been in Tahoe, CA and Whidbey Island, WA.
  • Continuing Education. We believe in always learning and leveling up our skills. Whether or not it’s a conference or online course you’ll find we invest in each team member so they can be the best at their craft.
